Poor Customer Support.

Very quick to quote and install, but customer support, the most important part, is negligible. I called in December to ask for assistance with Gas Water heaters they installed that till today, are not working properly. (Batteries finish way too fast and water in the DewHot Constant Temperature, is not constant. Today, when i call again for support, i got a simple "We are no longer in gas industry. Sorry". The least they could have done is hand us over to another installer. Customer care, especially with gas, where there is guaranteed repeat business, should be high on their list.
