The Durbanville branch of GASSA Retail provides an amazing service. Kemp Jonker and his staff are efficient, friendly, professional and willingly go the extra mile when a customer finds themselves in a predicament. For instance: I unexpectedly found myself without gas and placed an order early on a Friday morning planning to arrange for someone to be available to receive delivery on the upcoming Monday. This incident occured during winter and I resigned myself to shivering through a cold, wet weekend with no heater. I work a full day, have no transport other than a motorcycle and there was nobody at home to receive my order of 2 x 9Kg cylinders of gas. Mr Jonker made an effort to accommodate me by arranging to deliver to my house at 17h30 that same day. These dedicated people need a special mention at #SupportLocal Businesses like these are far and few between.
