Great Service and Fantastic Products

Just wanted to share my positive experience with Gasket & Shim Industries. I urgently needed a product for an industrial plant. I was greeted by friendly and accommodating staff. I needed to meet with the owner, Charles (an engineer) to discuss technical elements and he was attentive, helpful, passionate and friendly. He treated his staff with the utmost respect and kindness. The part I needed broke before our order arrived and a staff member drove 2 hours out of Cape Town to get it to us so we didn't have to shut our machines off over the weekend. We highly recommend this business who go the extra mile!
