100% mark up and no refund

We bought 2 gas fireplaces from Gascrest to the value of R23,000. We were very unhappy with the look and the functionality of the fires, we complained to Gascrest who were no interested and just looked for loopholes to exonerate them from having to refund the fireplaces. We finally dealt direct with the supplier, sent the fireplaces back to them and received a R11,000 credit! So Gascrest made a large profit for doing very little and they are still refusing to refund us despite a legal summons. So do not deal with this shop!
