CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been buying gas from Gas2U for a while now.

In the frontcourt, there is a man, Lewis Nkhoma. He is under the impression that he is either the owner or a person of enormous power. About 4 months ago when I arrived, he told me to wait as he was busy drinking coffee.

His work is to issue a slip which you then use to pay for the re-fill.

The next month he refused to help unload empty gas bottles. His attitude is as such that any person who is spending money there, and as such be the source of his income, does not feel that a customer has much value.

The owners, who are L van Wyk and G Crous apparently has no will to do something about this situation. I think it is about time to stop supporting them.
