Call out fee for nothing

<p>Monday (9/5) I called Gas World and asked them to come and look at my gas stove. They said they would call before they came. The whole day I waited, but nobody called. Tuesday (9/6) they called and told me that they ask a R350 fee for house calls , with that they also said that they don't have spares for my stove. But they wil come have a look. I gave them a time 15:30, they arrived at 16:00 five minutes later they said it looks like an electical problem, I wil have to get an electric guy. They did absolutly nothing, and stil I have to pay them R350? What happend to customer service?</p>
