Gas ripoff

I asked for my cadac gas cylinder to be refilled to a maximum of 3 kg all it can take. It was completely empty as I had weighed it before having it refilled. It weighed the nett weight stamped on the cylinder.<br> <br> I was billed for 3 kg of gas at R20.90 ex vat, when I got home I weighed the cylinder and found it to be 11 grams underweight. This may not seem a lot but if each and every customer is being under supp**** then it becomes a significant amount. <br> <br> When I contacted them to complain they dismissed my complaint and suggested I go elsewhere for gas.
