Gary's Real Estate, lies and

Terrible experience! I purchased a property and the offer to purchase was signed by both parties and it stated "Occupation on registration and or the 1st December 2019 with price Negotiable for the occupational rent if I take residence on the 1st Dec prior to registration" Registration went through on the 20th Nov 2019 and the estate agent swung things in such a way that I am now the legal owner of the property as of the 20th Nov but I can not move in until the 30th Nov 2019, without any reimbur*****t from the seller who is refusing to move out. The estate agent spewed a load of garbage regarding an understanding that the seller, the estate agent and I had to only move out the 30th November. This was NEVER the case, and I up to now do not even have the sellers contact details. Long story short, but because of incompetence and lies, i have a squatter residing my my property, which I am paying 10 days pro-rata on until the end of the month and there is not a damn thing I can do about it. Bobby Rugg, the day you showed me the property and arrived in track lsuite pants and flip flops as though as though you were coming from a braai, I should have realised what I was getting myself in for. Gary's real estate, you will never receive a kind word or reccomendation from me, that is for certain! Useless company and useless people!
