Unfriendly and unprofessional

<p>Helo.</p> <p>I'm writting as I'm very unhappy with the professionalism of hairdressers at The Grove mall Gary Rom. I used to be a old client of Gary Rom. Me and my friend was asked to be a model for a Gary Rom student. On arrival to the hairdresser we were not greated. My hair was pulled in directions and not explained that the student wont be cutting my hair because the student needs to do different types of cuts. My hair was left and the stylist sat chatting to the other stylist. While waiting for my friends hair to be cut i asked if my hair is going to be cut and the stylist( not the student) said no, may hair needs to be cut by a stylist. When I asked if she can cut my hair she said yes, never offering to make me a appointmentI even when we left. I know Gary Rom hairdressers to be friendly, helpful and especially professional but my experience at Grove mall was none of the above.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p> </p>
