My wife won a voucher from Gary Rom Hairdressing. R1000.00 voucher, when she goes she tells them please not to go over the R1000.00, they look at her hair and tell her they will have to go over with R620.00 we discuss it and agree, full cost of R1620.00. After my wife`s hair is done they give us an invoice for R1620.00 My wife asks but she agreed to R620 over not R1620.00 over. We enquired about this and their attitude is it must have been a misunderstanding, how is that for you. This is wrong on so many levels. And after speaking to them telephonically they just turn their backs...…...
