Pathetic service at gary rom

I had a horrible experience at gary rom LYNNWOOD at the grove mall, i called the day before and asked for a certain thing to be done because I only had an hour lunch but i wanted to just cut my hair there , when i got there they wasted my time by giving me a consultation that I did not ask for , i told them many times again that I only have an hour lunch and i need to get back to the hospital so all i wanted was a cut , they refused and wasted my time when they said the opposite on the phone, they even started washing my hair and I ended up walking out with wet hair because they refused to give me what i wanted , im extremely disappointed in the bad service that i got there and ill never ever go back or ever tell anyone to go back there!!
