Overrated, underskilled and mismanaged

I was scheduled with a supposed Master Stylist (Carla) on Saturday the 4th of June for my birthday. But unfortunately, I struggle with BFRBs (trichotillomania - Hair Pulling), so I went to Gary Rom precisely and a master stylist.I communicated to her my insecurities and that she needs to stay with my hairstyle as I have found a length and style that suits my condition. However, she didn't listen when I said I wanted a wolf cut, and she proceeded to speak about her thoughts, disregarding what I had said. I think I mentioned more than twice what I wanted, and she still didn't listen. Oly, when she showed me her ideas, I had to confirm what I had mentioned already. I had said from the get-go I wanted a specific cut and style. All went well in the beginning until my stylist CARLA, decided to up and go in the middle of my appointment and tend to another client. She was doing another person's hair for at least 40-50 minutes of my appointment and didn't tell me where she was going. She said she'd be back and went to another client. I needed to be out of Gary Rom by ten as per my appointment and only left at 11/11:30 because Carla's excuse was her other client was a higher priority and needed to get to a baby shower, as if my birthday and my plans weren't significant, as if I didn't have anywhere to be. So she made me late for my birthday lunch. Now I did vocalise to my mother in the shop how dissatisfied I was. The receptionist didn't bother asking what the problem was but instead gave me lip and proceeded to gossip[ and complain about me right behind the desk to her colleagues. I do have photo proof of all this and will be taking it to socials for everyone to see. She gave me the wrong hairstyle. She didn't know how to style my hair, which is a significant problem as I went to her because she said she had experience with trichotillomania. Not to mention she cut my fringe too short and uneven. I'm incredibly dissatisfied. I don't think paying over R1500 for trim was worth it... I now look terrible with a haircut. I need style every day. Before I could wake up and leave my hair, the haircut I gave myself didn't make me look like a street kid. My hair is uneven, thinned out and ****gy. It's terrible. I asked for feathering, and she thinned my hair. I am not happy at all. Rating 3/10
