Lack of S****s and Customer Service

<p>I wanted to colour my hair blonde, despite two attempts, I ended up with a disgusting copper colour at Gary Rom Hairdressing. Requested a refund which was denied accompanied by to separate sets of unprompted "I will defend what we've done in court" by the owner. Along with warnings that if another salon tried to lighten my hair it would become damaged and fall off from Gary. Went ahead to Paul Mitchell the owner Rami and the stylist Nerine did an outstanding job. Gave me exactly what I wanted and my hair is in a much better condition than when I left Gary Rom Hairdressing. In Gary's defense he did offer to give me a voucher for R1400 but I'm not crazy enough to go back there where ego is more important than customer service. I spent almost R5000 at Gary Rom Hairdressing, such a waste of time and money. If I could I would give Gary Rom Hairdressing half a star.</p>
