horrible experience!!

<p>I went to Gary Rom Hairdressing in Woodlands Mall, Pretoria. I had quite long hair and I wanted to keep it that way because I do a lot of pageants. I told the lady to not cut my hair too short as it is something that takes very long to grow. She cut about 10-15 cm off.</p> <p> </p> <p>When i complained (That same day, I called about 3 times complaining as well), they refused to listen. </p> <p> </p> <p>I said I am very unhappy with what they gave me because i specifically asked her several times not to.</p> <p> </p> <p>Before she started cutting I gave her a length and told her it should not be shorter that that.</p> <p> </p> <p>When she started cutting I asked her "are you sure it's not too short", she said no.</p> <p> </p> <p>It's a very very expensive hairdresser, not only that but my highlights that i asked for weren't correct. </p> <p> </p> <p>i am very unhappy!</p>
