Do not care about loyal customers

I have been a loyal customer for about 3 years and haven't received anything in return, then I go on facebook just to find that they give loads of free stuff to the 'celebrities' but me, a loyal client, received nothing in return of my loyalty... I would not recommend anyone to go there as their stylists are very unfriendly anyway... rather go to a place like Carlton where you can actually get discount :)
