Dissatisfied customer
I had won two R1000 gift vouchers for a Gary Rom salon, I was told that its this amazing experience and for R2000 I would get spoilt and would be able to have this incredible experience at Gary Rom. So I went to the Fourways branch where not only told that its only 1 gift card per customer but that it would cost me R800 just for a Pixie cut! It was honestly nothing special, not worth an R800 hair cut. I later saw on your website that a cut is only R490, which is all i needed and hair wax. I was very disappointed with the whole experience and now im sitting with a R1000 voucher, that I cant use. That was bought from Gary Rom. Its ridiculous.

12 Dec 2023, 12:52Good day Leith-Ann, our R1000 vouchers are intended for one use per person. Our pricing structure depends on the level of stylist you choose, R800 is the price of an Artistic Director who has many years of experience compared to a stylist who has just started out and charges R505. The R1000 vouchers are gifted to be handed out at events, where each person receives one voucher in their goodie bag, therefore only one per person is redeemable. If you had won a R2000 voucher, it would not have been in the form of 2 R1000 vouchers, but would otherwise stipulate the value for R2000.00
We cannot accept clients trying their luck with more than one voucher, as we have a business to run and staff who depend of turnover to look after themselves and their families.
