Disgusting service!

I got called as a model for a junior stylist by the name of Dikeledi, unbeknownst to me she had failed her previous exams for the style she was going to give me. She pulled at my scalp by combing through my semi dry hair to the point of pulling out my hair , I kept on telling her about my discomfort , telling her to stop, she didn't know what do to, constantly calling the main stylist who basically planned out the cut for her. By the end of the day I had multiple sores on my scalp and extreme sensitivity, my hair began to fall out. I complained to dikeledi and she said that she will buy my dermikelp from dischem. I ended up buying it and sent her the slip to be reimbursed as I couldn't wait as the discomfort got so bad. She then blocked me, and I never received any reimbur*****t. I reported it to the manager who got the hr to call me, the hr lady stated that it was the first time she heard of this in her 35years of experience as if I'm the problem. She said she would get back to me in 24hrs and it's been 2 months since the incident and I haven't heard anything. I don't suggest anyone go to this unprofessional salon.
