Bad service TWICE

I spent 2000 rand on my hair at the woodlands branch. It was very unprofessional and the stylists we're rude and completely ignored instruction. I contacted the owner and he promised me a complimentary treatment and he said he would e-mail me. He did not contact me and I tried calling and emailing him for a while. I received a read receipt for a email that I sent to him. I decided to make an appointment at the brooklyn branch and explain the situation. They booked me in for the Friday afternoon. When I got there they had no record of my appointment although they sent me a confirmation of my appointment via sms the day before. They didn't even know the situation which I explained on the phone and told me that Gary Roms secretary handles complimentary appointments. I had no communication with her. The stylist told me that she has limited time to do the full treatment I asked for. I was highly disappointed. I sent an email AGAIN to Gary Rom expressing my disappointment ONCE again. Again I received no response. This experience is very disappointing and is a waste of time. I know some friends who received bad service at the woodlands branch as well. Very unprofessional.
