Bad attitude

Ive finally convinced my friend to try Gary Rom because Ive enjoyed being treated really well by a professional and friendly staff memeber. My friend and I walk in, she asks the receptionist if the salon offers Olaplex, and how much it would cost to remove her dye and go blonde. The receptionist was rude to us, waffled and then told her to talk to a stylist. A woman sauntered over, was rude and waffled about vague treatment plans, gave some lofty idea of multiple sessions and that it would cost from R2000 to R4000. My friend was so upset by how rude and vague the woman was, and I am too. I expected friendly service at least. Being a ***** to prospective customers is not how to grow a business. Not only that, all the positive talking I've been doing is pretty much worthless now that she has first hand experience of Gary Rom Southdowns.
