Be careful when dealing with Gartech Plastics

I bought two plastic boards yesterday afternoon from Gartech Engineering Plastics in Epping. When I got back we realized the boards are bow shaped quite badly and unusable. This did not happen in transport as it was a cool cloudy day and I had air con on in my car.

I phone Ewald the next morning and explained. However he refused to supply us with replacement boards and was not interested at all in providing an honest service but instead pushed all the blame of the their error onto us, making it clear they want nothing to do with it even though they were at fault.

I am posting this to help others not fall victim to the dishonesty and poor lack of ethics of this business.
