Do not use Gapol Motors/Garry Pollock

We are family of Garry Pollock and unfortunately did not learn our lesson first time round. Garry supposedly ordered spares for our Opel Mokka at the beginning of June. He gave Vic a quote and was asked to deposit the funds into his private banking account which was done immediately. We asked him to keep the parts for us and a very close friend would collect it for us as we live in KZN. Too late he said cause he had given it to Postnet to send to us. We enquired on a regular basis and was told the parts were on their way. After not receiving the parts nor a tracking number he then stated he had pulled the spares from Postnet and was rather using Amway. Once again told him to rather give parts to the friend who was coming down to KZN to visit us. No too late he had already done so. Same stories again and no tracking number. By this time we had had enough and demanded a refund of funds paid. Many unbelievable stories later he was going to send parts by GWM. We tried to tell him that we phoned the courier companies who advised they had no record of Garry using their company. These spares were an integral part of the vehicle. By the end of August we demanded a refund and once again got a whole lot of nonsense stories. It is now half way through November and still no parts or refund. We have driven to Jhb to confront him personally but not holding our breath. Do not use him, do not let him touch your vehicles. We have had to let two vehicles go because of Garry - Ford Ranger (gearbox x 3 times) and Opel Mokka.
