They don't care

So few weeks ago I had bought my mom their new spot corrector. She shad been using Garnier for years and her skin reacts well with their ideal perfect cream. She used it and weeks later she had a breakout on her forehead from the breakout. She misplaced the slip. I told them they did not care even after I selt them the batch number to show that I did purchase this product. Sometimes some companies no matter what their products do to your skin they don't care. They don't want to refund you with damages because it's as if you're not telling the truth when you show them you bought their products. They expect me to return the product to the store and at retail shops they don't take something that has been uses especially in face care. With other companies. They reimburse you for the damage but not Garnier
