LACK OF RESPONSE AND BAD PRODUCT

I have sent emails to Garnier or lorealconsumerrsa regarding TWO products purchased with the same batch number from two different stores with NO response from neither Garnier nor Loreal. Is this how they treat customers ? By not caring about whether or not you are happy with their products or whether or not their product live up to expectations ? I AM DISGUSTED IN THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!
