Hair is exactly the same color

Hi there <br> <br> I bought a box of garnier nutrisse creme, color 7 dark blonde. Before purchasing I looked on the side of the box to confirm it will take on dark brown hair. Left the stuff on or 35 min as per recommendation. And saw no difference. After washing the color put, my hair is exactly the same color. No change at all. This is so disappointing and an absolute waste of money. I would like to be reimbursed for what I paid for this product please. Hoping to hear from you soon <br> Cheryl
