GREAT SERVICE

Today I called the Granier customer call center to ins out about hair color, in particular a prelightener. I didn't wait long at all until I spoke to Ntabelo (I assume that is how her name is spelt). She said the product is still on the shelves but I couldn't find it in over 4 stores that I had been to. She asked my area and called around and got numerous listings of shops that had the product I was looking for. She called me back within 15 minutes and had set aside the products for me. She made my day a whole lot easier and I'm very grateful for her outstanding customer service!
