false advertising

The new colour sensation permanent colour fades after the 3rd wash. I touch my hair up every month and I have never had this issue. I thought I'd purchase your new range as it was priced right and as far as i knew Garnier was quite a good brand. What a disappointment. I'm not a person to complain but I find it ridiculous that I purchased something permanent which lasted three washes. I now have to buy hair dye again as it has faded completely my re growth is showing and my hair looks dead!<br>
