DISSAPOINTING GARNIER ROLL-ONS

I bought 2 roll-on's from Checkers, they do not roll when I use them. I went and bought another 4 roll-on's at Makro, the same problem persists. I am now stuck with 6 roll-on's from Garnier that I cannot use because of a fault beyond my control. I love the product which I have been using for the past 2 years, but now its disappointing. I can't even return the products as I have disposed the receipts
