appalling delivery in the product content - face cream with sour milk consistency and water flowing out the funnel

I'm terribly appalled at Garnier for allowing them to take advantage of my money and my beautiful face. i bought their Even & Matte Ideal Complexion Daily Cream and little did i know that the consistency would be like sour milk because it would be grainy and a watery flow from the funnel when i first opened it. to top it off, when i squeezed the air out, less than 15ML was left in the product. a brand new product shouldn't even present the opportunity to let air out as that should equal me squeezing the 40ML that i paid for. how do i even trust the brand if the consistency of a cream that i'm applying to my face is looking disgusting. i paid actual money and currency for this product not for ambiance but for me to use it and be happy with it. im disgusted and i deserve answers and a strategic customer recovery strategy from you. if i wanted sour milk i would have bought it. are you telling me that you dispatch rotten or off products or those much less than the stipulated size to your Dischem partner/retailer? is that your corporate objective? how do you let something of this magnitude happen when your entire business model is centered around facial care? im sick to my stomach. appalled. disgusted
