Unsatisfied first time customer.

Stay Away!! It's been the longest,hardest time I've had in ever getting a trailor built. The adds put up by this company say 7 days to build you a trailor, but mine took 7 months.Further more with alot of phone calls and empty promises by the owner Pravash Singh. Trailor was quoted for and payed in full and it still arrived to me with 101 poor workmanship issues. After getting Garnet Trailors to come collect the mess they built, it stood another 2 months by them,with whole lot of issues from financial problems,to never having workers to do the work,and list goes on to point of my trailor being stripped for spares by a brake in?? Requests for log book was asked for to try get my trailor out of the Sheriff's impound became to problatic as the new owner wanting to buy the trailor from me refused to hand over log or copy fearing he would loose everything he'd pay for,and so I lost that buyer aswell due to unprofessional services from Garnet Trailors owner Pravash singh. Finally we decided on a lower cost build that he decides to build and gets me to collect from his worker,with out spare wheel,Data plate,and the spare wheel which I've traveled 300km to collect to find out its not completed. Pravash,had told me not to worry that he would send the rest of these parts to my house at his cost,3 months later nothing has come. Pravash,doesn't take my calls,nor reply to my whatsapps,seems like a raw deal of lies was pasted onto me.So please beware of this Owner and his trailor bussiness Garnet Trailors or any further named bussiness that have him involved.
