Stay away

I agreed with Pranesh on the 29 August to buy a trailer from him. I arrived the next day as agreed, Pranesh wasn't there, neither was the trailer. Apparently it was sold weeks ago. Then I was offered a new 2500kg trailer, I paid for it and they where going to deliver it. Upon delivery the lights didn't work, the coupling was approved for 750kg and the axle was approved for ****g. I refused to take delivery of the trailer. Pranesh promised med a used 2500kg trailer. We agree that I can collect the trailer on Friday 6 September. I get there, business is all locked up and the trailer isnt ready. Monday 16 September Pranesh says that the trailer is ready. 17 September he asks when I can collect. So I go there. The trailer still isn't ready, no brakes and no lights, broken jockey wheel, etc. Now Pranesh isn't answering my messages. His foreman promised to update me, silence.
