WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

It has taken 3 months and my garmin forerunner935 still has not been repaired. The communication has been zero, they did not even tell me what was wrong - just issued a quote 2 months after receiving the watch. IT HAS BEEN THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
