Vivo Active A360

I recently purchased a Garmin Vivo Active 4s in December 2019 after having saved up for this product for most of the year considering it isn't a cheap.

I hate to complain, but I am TRULY DISAPPOINTED with this watch. I've only worn it for 2 weeks and it has failed to track my heart rate through every workout. Every time I look down at my watch to have a look at my heart rate, it cannot pick up any reading. If it does any sort of tracking, it possibly reads 10 minutes of my heart rate of a 2 hour session. I have tried readjusting it as well as wiping the sweat away which I feel should not be necessary every single time.

This is not at all what I expected considering I had a Polar A360 that never gave me any issues, other than wear and tear. I thought that I would move onto Garmin as it is a trusted product, but I am completely filled with regret.

I do not want to be told to buy an additional heart rate monitor as I have already paid more than enough for my current watch. I never had this issue with Polar.

The issue may seem insignificant to some, but it's a big part of why I purchased the watch.
