VERY unhappy with GARMIN Sports Watch !!

I bought a Garmin VIVO ACTIVE HR just over a year and a bit a go ... and I will NOT touch Garmin again!!! The unit screen just stopped working and when I called to ask about it I had a very curt sales person tell me there's nothing they can do in Cape Town and I would have to send to Joburg for assessment (costing me R200 bucks for the courier).

Now I'm told that it's not servicable and to repair the watch will cost me R1800 ... So 2 GRAND on a watch that already cost me close to 5 grand ... and I've only had this watch for just over a year! (out of warranty) Disgusting service Garmin .. that's the last time I buy anything with your brand on it!
