Very dissapointing service repairs

I am very disappointed to report my last experience with you. I was quoted to replace my gps when I sent it in for repairs, only to discover upon further investigation that only the mount that was faulty. I do not appreciate my time being wasted as well money for shipment and the inconvenience it was to send my product in and not receive an accurate result. This is unacceptable service.
