Very disappointed in Garmin SA

I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from Garmin SA. My husband enquired about a watch strap and received the proforma invoice a few days later. We made the payment and send the proof with all the details to the required email, it is a little cold as you dont deal with a person but rather a generated bod email. 4 Days went by and we got NO response. I then phoned the HO to enquire and after being on the line for quite some time, I ended up talking to a very impatient lady, I wish I asked her name as she didnt take the time to introduce herself. Later that afternoon Ronold phoned me back with a very confusing story, going back and forth on why the item was not send in time. He then told me that the watch strap was released and we will receive it in a few days. I have not received any tracing information, no email confirmed the order and no tracking from a courier company indicating that our parcel is on its way...

We are a very active family, participating in several different sports and we use Garmin devices for everything. Garmin holds such high standards that I was absolutely shocked at the level of disservice... I would definitely not recommend buying from Garmin SA.
