Unreliable

I bought a garmin fenix 5 at sportsmans warehouse, returned it after 2 months because it didn't want to connect with my phone they replaced it and now the seconds on the watch keep freezing. Saving up for a watch for R12000 I wouldn't expect it to have this much problems.
