Tomtom versus Garman

<p>I have a Tomtom multi sport watch that broke when I fell of my bicycle. I called them and they sent a courier to collect the watch repairs were done and the watch returned within ten days. This was done with the unit being three years old without any preconditions. What great service thank you Tomtom. </p> <p>Secondly my wife has a Garmin vivo active watch that failed after thirteen months. Garmin don't give you any backup for there products. The unit wasn't dropped or damaged at all it just failed. They now want to charge R1850.00 for something that is supposed to work witch my wife hardly used. This is the second Garmin product that failed just out of warranty and then they charge. </p> <p>Not a great company at all Garmin
