I was given a Garmin watch as a gift and sent it in for repairs. It came back not working and I spoke to the manager (Jacques Pretorious). He replaced it with a new Forerunner 35. 16 months later the forerunner strap broke and I phoned them. They requested the serial number and a picture of the break which I sent in. This was followed up with an email informing me that on the 28th March the stock of bands will arrive and one will be delivered to me. Unbeknown to me on 25th March when I got home I received a box with the band from Garmin. Is that not amazing
