The 12 month warranty is a lie

I bought a 735xt that malfunctioned in less than 6mnths and I was given what I was told is a replacement watch , new still in a box . That replacement went blank in 5 months and now I’m expected to accept yet another replacement that will now only have a 90 day warranty. Why sell a 12month warranty that does not exist ???? And confidently say you do not offer upgrades ! Well then sell watches that freaken work ! I even asked for a downgrade that I can do triathlons with because I refuse to accept another 735xt , but then im offered a basic watch that I can’t even swim with that’s worth half the price of the watch I paid for !! I bought this watch to do triathlons with . I had a running watch and there was nothing wrong with it . I bought an upgrade for a reason .Is this how you treat your customers?!
