Support

I am not happy with the service, on Friday 1 December 2019 (Black Friday ) Garmin has a special on discount on it maps, the discount was up to Wednesday, but the whole weekend i try to make an online payment, but there was an error on the web page, i send all my screen shots to the Support department, and i also call in and speak to Jacques Support Manager where he informed me that they working on the problem, and i will get the maps with the discount amount, on the 5 December 2019, i received an e-mail from Jacques, sorry we cant help you, but the delay was on there support department, and the mail server was also off, that was the information the resection told me.
