Repair watch. 17days later still no charger

I live in Paarl and will be doing my 15th Two Oceans. My Forerunner 405 just die on me, I used it from my preparation for the Oceans. I bought it from Du South Paarl in 2010, they told me they will send it in for me. 10days later I received it back. BEST SERVICE ever. Open the box the charger was gone. Du South phone Garmin on the 9March and they told them they will send the charger. Du South phone Garmin evey second day because I need it for my training. The 18March I send a mail to \***"and leave a post on their FB. 19March I received from FB: Apologies for this"
