Poor service Garmin SA

What do I have to do to get a response from Garmin SA re my broken watch? I have been sending you mails since last week thursday.

I invested a lot of money in a Garmin sportswatch. Simply to have a watch that lasts. With the poor service Garmin SA gives I would have been better off buying a cheap watch and expect it to break within a few months.
