Poor quality product

Garmin I am extremely disappointed with your product. I was given a vivo active 4 as a gift in 2021(December). Not even a year and a half later my battery packed up and stopped working. Being well within the warranty, it was sent back to you. I was told the battery cannot be replaced. I was then told to pay for a refurbished unit, which I did. Yet again after a year and a half my battery has packed up again.

For a brand as well known and marketed as yours, this is extremely disappointing.

This is extremely disappointing for a brand that is supposedly one of the best.
