Pathetic Support ... Wake-up Garmin!!

Trying to contact Garmin Support by phone is like trying to get blood out of a stone. A total waste of time and costly airtime. I have tried calling 4 times and after holding for at least 15 minutes each time I have given up. The same thing with emails to their support department. No one ever replies. I'm now trying to contact MD Jennifer van Niekerk directly to raise a complaint. I have a Garmin Avtex Tourer One Plus which has gone faulty and I need to know if the expensive "embedded" GPS software for European maps, Camp sites etc is transferable to another GPS.
