Pathetic Service

Worst service ever. Firstly trying to get through to them is impossible, once you do they do not know what is going on in their business, one person will tell you one thing another person will tell you something else.

I sent a watch in for repair/replacement on the 25 of August 2022, they received it on the 1st of September 2022, was told it is a 14 day turnaround and phoned after 14 days and they would say there is a back log, finally on the 19 September 2022 they said it was with the technician and that it would be done that day, two days later I phoned they said it will be sent the next day. The next day it was "rejected" at delivery because they forgot to put it on the truck. Absolutely pathetic service.
