Pathetic Garmin service

I have owned numerous Garmin products over the last 30 years and have never experienced such shocking service from product support. It took over two months to receive my unrepairable cycle computer back. Their incomplete documentation was dated 29 Nov 2023 and I received it on 29 January 2024. On further enquiry I was told that their offer for a replacement had expired - entirely due to their incompetence and pathetic service.
