Not happy with latest Garmin Purchase

I had a 4 year old 2495 LM Garmin & it was the best one ever. Sadly I misplaced it somewhere &had to buy a new one last month. I bought the exact same model on Garmin online store. Gamin Sales team service was perfect &the product was delivered as promised. I complimented online sales person for the efficiency &perfect communications. Sadly product 2495 LMT is a major flop. The Signal on 2015 model takes longer to find the satellites or locations. Screen is changed making search typing on QWERTY a nightmare forcing me to pull over take on side of dangerous roads to type the locations. Other major problem is that it only shows fixed cameras whereas old Garmin showed me everything. Then it shows fixed camera locations states 10m away even after the camera has flashed me. Tried 2 update online &says everything is up to date. To add to the misery I now have to pull out the power cable directly from the Garmin each time I want to store it away from ******** ridden SA &with the old one the charger cable stayed one the charging bracket &not the Garmin itself. Very unhappy with new product purchased &wish I could just find my old Garmin that 100% better. Can someone from Garmin please help
