No help when you bought fault device

I had a problem with the watch performance , when i report to the support I was help By Dann , The siid since i'm the first person to report the issue Unfortunately they can't help.. The same issue has to be reported by multiple people before they help and my wife had Issue they told Here the same story .. They sell expensive devices but once you have a problem you don't get help .. They only enjoy to take your money .
