NO FEEDBACK ON REPAIRS OR ANSWERING PHONES!!!

I submitted my Garmin watch at Garmin SA in Rosebank almost two weeks ago and haven't received any communication since. I've called multiple times, but there's been no answer, which is really frustrating. I'm starting to get worried since I can't get hold of anyone. Does anyone have the contact email for the general manager of this branch?
