No customer service

I have experienced a issue with my under warranty garmin sports watch. Not wanting to fiddle of self diagnose in case Garmin SA would want the info, I have left it as is. On their site I have logged a service request. Almost a week later, I am still waiting. No answer, not a word from them. I have really expected so much more form Garmin but there seems no interest in assisting their clients.
